LVHN employees are invited to experience our club and enjoy 25% off memberships year-round.

Whether you’re brand new to pickleball or already play, Horizon offers a welcoming,

Memberships MUST be purchased in person using a credit card. The form below is used to verify LVHN employment, which can also be confirmed at the front desk at the time of purchase.
